Manion Plumbing has been looking after the plumbing needs of Launceston (and surrounding areas) residents for over 50 years. The business commenced in 1954 under the management of Mick Manion. Continued growth and succesful operations have seen the business management handed to the next generation, Alan Manion.
Employing over 18 full-time staff the original core operations of the business (household-domestic plumbing) has been advanced to now include commercial-industrial plumbing. Our services also extend to emergency maintenance and repairs, alongside roofing.
Manion Plumbing also has ownership of other nationally recognised brands. 1990 saw the the addition of the Northern Tasmanian dealership Solahart. This business has been a succesful leader in solar hot water since the 1950’s. 2002 marked our purchase of BioCycle Tasmania. This section of our business manufactures and maintains aerated waste water treatment of which there are over 200 running currently throughout the state. We are also accredited service agents for Dux Hot Water.
